EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Pamela Anderson is the Executive Director of the Texas Brazos Trail Region and President of the Authentic Texas/Texas Heritage Trails, LLC. She has worked in community development and heritage tourism for over 25 years. She promotes travel and fosters heritage preservation through education and other training opportunities across Texas.
BOARD CHAIR
A native of Tennessee, Joy Summar-Smith received a B.A. in history from Carson-Newman College and then a M.A. in Museum Studies from Baylor University in 2003.
BOARD VICE CHAIR
Dr. Marsha Hendrix has managed historic sites for the state of Texas for almost 20 years. Currently she is the Site Manager for Kreische Brewery and Monument Hill State Historic Sites.
BOARD SECRETARY
Erin Shields has spent the last 14 years enhancing learning opportunities at museums, originally in Education Departments, and now in Administration. She shares with museum guests her passion for untold stories and the sticky questions that make history interesting.
