This lovely, historic church was established in 1869, and is still today much as it was then. Norwegian pioneer Cleng Peerson is buried in the cemetery. The church is the annual site of the Norse Smorgasbord, a feast of traditional foods introduced to the area by Norwegian settlers. The building can be used for special services and events arranged by the church, and tours are given through the Clifton Chamber of Commerce.
